Large beautiful home in great neighborhood close to downtown Olean
5/5 Beautiful 1920 home in a nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located to downtown Olean. Spacious home with large well equipped modern kitchen. Lots of gathering spaces, and four large bedrooms with Jack/Jill shared bath per pair of bedrooms. Cold a/c unit in each bedroom. Definitely one of the nicer homes available for short term stays in Olean. The bathrooms are original, but very functional with separate shower and bath in each full bathroom. The addition of keyless entry to covered side entry would be a welcomed improvement.
Family event
5/5 We came into town for a family event and stayed at this wonderful house! Everything was clean and just as described! Plenty of room for our whole family!

Family Stay
4/5 My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay.

Large house with space. Good location
4/5 Enjoyed having a lot of space. Only downsides were smokey smells from prior guest and a lot of peeling paint around the property.
