  The cottage was welcoming, well decorated and very well supplied. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the lake and bird life. Very relaxing. A large dining room table was great for meals together and playing games. The cottage is not far from Bemus Point where we enjoyed some great meals.

  I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to relax in a great surroundings.

  Absolutely lovely. Our family fully enjoyed the tranquility. Temperature control requires some attention, but the owners fully explain how to make it work well for visitors. Highly recommend.

  This place was perfect for our girls trip! The views are to die for. Beautifully decorated! The owners thought of everything, kitchen was very accommodating. Close to restaurants and wineries. The only thing was it got very hot upstairs in the bedrooms. They had a fan that sucked up the hot air but it was still extremely hot. We went in April and we had the heat on because it was still cold out so it maybe different in the summer with the air conditioning on.

• Incredible, peaceful cottage

  We stayed at a the cottage for Thanksgiving and had an incredible time. It is one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed at. The cottage was completely renovated with a bohemian lake vibe making it so relaxing and comfortable. It was also extremely clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and nice add ons like coffee, creamer, honey, tea, salt, pepper, etc.

  The views over the lake at sunrise are unmatched. We got about 15 inches of snow during our time there so it was such a unique experience. My boys are 5 and 3 years old and it was the perfect place for a young family. They had the best time exploring, fishing, playing in the snow and cuddling up in the cottage.

  But most of all, the owners went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience. You can tell they put a tremendous amount of love into every detail in the cottage. They also were extremely responsive even face timing us the night before Thanksgiving to help us get the fireplace lit 🔥

  The location is great and so easy to get to Bemus.

  The heat is about 15 degrees different between upstairs and downstairs but the owner gave clear directions on how to balance it out. We cracked a few windows upstairs and turned on the vent upstairs. We then turned the fireplace on downstairs, and it was perfect.

  You will instantly relax as soon as you step foot in the cottage. We highly recommend and will be returning in the summer.
