• Do not stay here

  Very unclean and unkept. The space is very old and no renovations. A/C units are not enough to keep the place cool. Kitchen appliances barely work. Water damage was covered up with plywood and painted. All blankets and bedding are old and dingy. Did not feel clean. Was not an enjoyable stay.

  It is very convenient to the falls. However, that’s the highlight.

  Not worth the money.

  I asked for a full refund. Did not match listing.

  It was a nice little cottage. Very quaint, and cozy! It does have about 16-18 steps from the entrance up to the apartment, which wasn't a problem for us. We were able to take our two dogs, which made it even better! 5 stars😊

• Bad Experience, but Evolve resolved in acceptable manner

  The home was not cleaned or maintained in a manner that was acceptable for my family to stay in. I’m not overly needy. Standing dirty water in the kitchen, and dirty bathroom are just 2 examples.

  We left after the first night.

  I reached out to the company and made a request for refund of 100% of the 5 nights that I did not use. They requested pictures and documentation that I was able to provide.

  I requested updates a couple of times, they responded promptly.

  They issued me a 50% refund for the 5 night I did not use within 7 days of my request.

  I appreciate they were responsive, but not thrilled with only half a refund because the home was not in a condition to rent.

  I do not recommend renting this location.

  -Upon being informed of the situation, we offered to send another cleaner to rectify the issues or to provide a refund if you canceled properly. Unfortunately, you left without proper cancellation or notification, which resulted in blocking the remaining dates and a loss of potential revenue, as we could have rebooked those dates.
  -We appreciate that you provided the requested documentation and for highlighting Evolve's responsiveness throughout this process. In recognition of the inconvenience, we issued a 50% refund for the five nights you did not use, which you accepted.
  
  We highly value your feedback, and we are grateful for the chance to address these concerns. Our commitment to offering a clean and comfortable environment for our guests remains a top priority, and we will persist in our efforts to ensure an exceptional stay for all those who choose our accommodations.

  The location was perfect. We parked the car and we’re able to walk EVERYWHERE we wanted to visit. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed.
