Good place to stay!

Clean but a little run down.
4/5 The property was mostly well maintained. However, both couches were broken and there were ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. The upstairs was exceedingly hot even with the AC on. Thankfully there were ceiling fans which made it possible to sleep. We visited when it was very hot out.
There were nice extras like a coffee area with a kurig and bath products in each room.
Lastly, the neighborhood was run down, but we did not have any problems during our stay.

Charming and cozy
4/5 Having grown up in an older house I found this house to be charming and comfortable. Roomy downstairs for family get-togethers, we had six adults in the house and never felt cramped downstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable. Wish it had one more full bathroom. Neighborhood is older, but looks to be going through some renovations.

5/5 Very nice and clean. The property manager was always available for any questions I had. it was a shirt drive to anywhere you would need to go. Would definitely recommend anyone to sat here. If i was to need a house again in the area this is where id be staying.
