4/5 The location was great for the things that we wanted to do. It was very clean, but the water pump had been an issue and the back up water had a sulfur smell. Other than that, it was fine as we were only there for three nights and we were out a lot.

Newfield retreat
4/5 Jeff was a pleasant host and gave us things to do and see. Our stay was quite relaxing and very scenic. The home was charming and rustic and very accommodating.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jeff had two dogs which were extremely friendly and interacting with us.Thank you for opening up your home for our stay and making our trip to visit relatives and enjoy the Watkins Glenn race along with the beauty of New York state!

5/5 Over all a cozy home just as described. Close to ithica and state parks. At night it was far enough away from light pollution that we could see all the stars (there was a meteor shower during our stay).
