Could have been better.
3/5 Beautiful outdoor surroundings. Bathroom toilets and showers in severe disrepair. Towels need replacing. Windows need cleaning.

Owner's response: "Jacquelyn, We work hard to provide our guests with everything they need. We are happy that you were able to enjoy the location. We're sorry that you had a couple of issues.
- Thank you for your feedback after much thought we have decided to change out 3 of the 4 toilets in the house. In addition, we will also be doing some upgrades to the bathrooms in the future when we can. We appreciate your thoughts and look forward to this work being done to make things better for our guests.
- The towels are not very old, and all of them are still in very good shape. We do keep on eye on them and will change them out as needed.
- We will have the windows cleaned as soon as we can.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."We had a great weekend in New Lebanon.

Great landing spot
5/5 We stayed here while attending a basketball tournament nearby. We had a non-emergency issue, reached out to the manager and they were able to respond the next day.
