    We are so disheartened by your feedback and feel that your star rating is not accurate or warranted. We communicated multiple times throughout your stay including approving your late checkout request. none of this was mentioned, only that you and your guests had a lovely time. The kitchen cupboards are full of fresh coffee, tea, seasonings, oil, etc. We use a professional cleaning company that does a thorough job of preparing the home for guests. The cleaners take pride in making sure that the cabin is cleaned upon your arrival. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. We hope the gift of the bottle of wine was able to be enjoyed.
    We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback.

    fine, however we did not have enough light in the main bedroom. It was a rainy weekend and needed light . they should put a good lamp near the big bed. not rabbit
