Good Time
4/5 Overall the house is great. A lot of room. Well equip with anything you need in the Kitchen. My group had a great experience. Recommend for large groups. Only 2 min. drive to downtown.

5/5 House was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for 6 couples. Two very large living rooms and 2 dining rooms with plenty of seating. Every bedroom had king beds which were very comfortable. Will absolutely stay again, perfect place for a winter wine trip with friends. Upon arrival, everything was super clean and organized.
The perfect spot for us.
5/5 We enjoyed staying at this house so much. It was very well stocked in everything. Very bright clean and comfy. We appreciated the spacious parking and easy access driveway. We needed more fridge space and a quick message to the property manager and we had access to a second fridge.

Fall Break family vacation
5/5 This place is amazing. Exceptionally clean and with everything you need to have fun. We used the fire pit almost every evening. Roasted marshmallows, hot dogs and made s’mores. Played games and watched movies. I grew up in Horseheads, so know the area. Although, a lot has changed. Was able to show our kids and grandkids the area. The kids where able to enjoy playing in the fall leaves, as being from Tucson AZ, they have never seen the autumn as it is there. Also, the owner is very nice. She had to fix one thing and did it immediately. I can’t think of anything that would give this a less than 5 star review.
