5/5 Was there in August with my wife and daughter to watch my son at the Cooperstown tournament. This property is really great. We enjoyed the fire pit several times and the location is very private and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great baseball family basecamp
5/5 Our family stayed here while our baseball kiddo was a Cooperstown Dreams Park. Everything we needed, lots of space - more than we expected. The high ceiling gave a great spacious feel, kitchen had everything we needed. The extra bathroom and washer/dryer in the extra building were perfect. Beautiful outside area too - private, amazing night sky views. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing Hillside Retreat
5/5 Very cute tiny cozy house on the top of a small hilltop. Very private with a wonderful outdoor vibe. Lots of wildlife seen daily. Beautiful views. Our host was fabulous.
About 9 miles from Cooperstown Dream Park if you are coming for a tournament.
There is a small area for access to the lake as well.
