  Our stay was great. The house was easy to find. It was in a quiet and lovely area. We had a fantastic view of the lake. We were close to so many towns and cities. We came for the hiking - which was excellent. The house was spacious and we had everything we needed.

  -The home was set up for two guests, as indicated in the booking, with sufficient towels and linens provided for that number. When your plans changed, the homeowner offered additional towels and suggested where you could find extra blankets.
  -The sheets in the home are nearly new, with minimal use, and we apologize if they didn’t meet your expectations. The homeowner also offered to reimburse you for purchasing additional sheets if needed.
  -Regarding the space, the basement and a specific closet are marked private, and we ask guests to respect those boundaries. However, it seems there may have been some confusion, and we appreciate your understanding.
