Very nice place, lake a bit disappointing
4/5 Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay- we were two families with 7 kids and the activity room was really fun. The house was nice and well kept and I can tell the owners put a lot of thought and effort into it. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a thoughtful gift. Plenty of sleeping space and hang out space. We originally wanted this location for the lake but you can't really swim there. The dock is completely overrun by lily pads - we did use the boats but that was even somewhat of a challenge getting by all the roots. My main complaint is the property management company in charge of communication. They took days to respond to my emails and seemed to be speaking another language. I work in vacation rental communication and I know how important guest communications are - I would recommend these owners find another PMC to manage their property.

Nice place, lake was disappointing
4/5 The house was spacious and clean- with a nice stocked kitchen, big deck and lots of family hang out areas. Our family really enjoyed all of the games and activities and it was a great way to spend quality time together. The downstairs could use a pick me up.
We chose this property b.c. it was on a lake but we weren't really able to use the lake for swimming b.c. the dock area is completely run over by lily pads. We were told there are other beaches nearby to swim at but they were all private so there wasn't any place for the kids to swim which was disappointing. The communication with the property management team was not good and it took them days to respond to my emails.
wedding weekend
4/5 we were able to have all 3 of our children, with 2 of their spouses and bridal party for my daughter stay with us for the weekend. There were plenty of things to entertain during downtime. Rooms were comfortable and location was convenient to wedding activities.
