Lazy Ladies Weekend
4/5 Home was clean and beautiful. The view was gorgeous! There were a few issues that were rectified I would quickly. I would suggest having pellets for the wood burning stove for guests. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

3/5 Property manager was great - always available and quick to respond. Unfortunately, she had to respond to a number of things. Biggest bummers were that the 'newly repaired' dock was useless as it was coming apart and very dangerous to walk on, and that the basement was unlivable as it smelled strongly of mold. Nice location, great view of lake, well stocked kitchen. Definitely needs a lot more TLC.

-The dock was undergoing a 40-foot extension during your visit, which affected its usability. Construction is now complete, and the dock offers enhanced access for swimming and boating on the lake.
-A dehumidifier has been added to the basement to address the odor concerns. While the basement is intended as an extra space for lounging, the homeowner is committed to ensuring it’s a comfortable area for guests.

5/5 My multigenerational family enjoyed canoeing, kayaking, ping pong, billiards, pop a shot, and the fire pit.
Steep stairs to the upstairs shower make it tough for anyone with mobility issues .
Very quiet location yet near to shopping and trains to NYC.

5/5 This property was a great location that was the base for our excursions to Patterson, Warwick and Walkill. It suited our needs perfectly and we were very comfortable. Good communication with the property managers. No big issues.
