  The cabin was better than expected. The photos don’t do it justice. We had the best new years week with our family of 5. Two adults , two kids (8 & 6) and our goldendoodle! The hosts were super responsive and helpful the entire stay. The cabin had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part was feeding the deer and turkey every day that came to the house! We loved relaxing and cooking in this peaceful cabin. We did venture out and long lake was such a quaint little town. Our kids loved the free ice skating and sledding right in town. We also went to the Adirondack hotel for lunch and dinner which was excellent. When we didn’t want to leave the house the kids and dog were able to go right outside to a winter wonderland of snow to have lots of snow fun! It snowed every day we were there which made for and even better experience. The hot tub inside was also a nice touch. We would definitely return to this lovely cabin!

  This pet friendly cabin was perfect for our family getaway. The cabin was beautiful and very large. The surrounding property was also beautiful. We enjoyed seeing deer visiting us daily. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for anything better.

  Property was great, building and furniture are tired and need some repairs/replacement. We had 6 men over the age of 60, beds do not accommodate 6 adults (unless people double up). Two of the beds were bunks, not climbing to top bunk. There was some confusion about early check in, owner was very responsive.

  Great stay for a group of adults. Definitely plan for no AC in the warmer summer months. The fans were great but the water access isn’t fit for swimming.

  Spacious but dated. This cabin was great for our group of 10, but no AC in July was hot! We appreciated the screened in porch and laundry access. We made the trip to the town beach often and enjoyed easy access to nearby activities like the Adirondack Experience.

To help with comfort, we provide high-speed fans in every bedroom, along with a 30-inch commercial-grade fan in the living room.
