5/5 This property was exactly as advertised. The house is very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. They even have towels for your dog. You can walk right into the lake, which is great for small children. The owners live on site, but give you privacy, while also being easily accessible if you need them. We definitely plan on returning in the future!

Great little gem, right on the water!
5/5 My husband and I loved the cottage! It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It's right down the road from the park and it's great for walking. The dock is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. Though it was a bit warm during our stay, the fire pit right in front of the shore would be great spot for cooler nights. The cottage is fully updated and beautiful inside. It's not super easy to find a location on flat land on Seneca (or many of the other Finger Lakes), right at the shore's edge. This place checked every box for us. We hope to return soon!
5/5 We had a fantastic stay. The house is very clean, looks like a fresh reno. Kitchen was well thought out, everything in working order. House felt spacious for 2 couples. Bathroom was clean and roomy. We hooked bc we brought a small sailboat which we put right into the water easily. Had fun sailing, sitting on the dock, floating in our tubes, swimming. Small private road with houses close together but it was super quiet both at the house and on the water. Was concerned that staying right next to the park might be noisy or lack privacy but the entire weekend was serene, sunrise to sunset. Host was helpful, courteous, and responsive. Lake is super clean. Bring water shoes.
