Peaceful, relaxing stay!
5/5 We rented this house for multi-generations to come together for a few days and attend my daughter's performances at Stagedoor camp nearby. It was a perfect house! We enjoyed the beautiful setting. The house was spotless, the surrounding area so peaceful! The whole house sound system is a lovely treat and we enjoyed playing games and relaxing! Being that we all came from different areas (California, Maryland, Italy) we had no idea what to expect in the town of Liberty so we brought our own groceries and fresh produce and were glad we did. We drove to Bethel and had a great time at the nearby Woodstock museum.
A Great Getaway!!
5/5 The House on the Pond was the perfect oasis for our family of 9. The home was clean and cozy with amenities and activities that kept everyone entertained. The 6 person jacuzzi overlooking the pond with the raft and pedal boat was fantastic. We used the wood burning fireplace in the living room and the romantic candled fireplace in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and the sound system which also played outside was great. A cool summer breeze along with A/C in the upstairs bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. At the suggestion of our host, we took a short ride to Woodstock and Livingston Manor for lunch. Overall 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.. a perfect family retreat!

Great time by the pond
5/5 This house is in a truly magical location above a pond and a stream, I visited with a group of friends and we all loved it. The house had everything we needed, check in was a breeze, and Yvette stayed in communication throughout and met us with a lovely spread and a crate of bottled water. Only note is that this house doesn't have AC, which was slightly uncomfortable on a 93 degree day.
