It's for the most part a good house for a group of people
4/5 pros: Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, everything you could possibly need. The rooms were comfortable and good sizes. Game room in basement was fun.Hosts very responsive.Cons: it could have been cleaner, but hosts will talk to supposedly new cleaners.The only bathroom on the main floor is in one of the bedrooms so you have to go upstairs unless the people in that bedroom don't care about everyone using their bathroom. There was a bad smell in that bathroom, but hosts are saying it's new and will look into it.

We went up to ithaca for Cornell Graduation and rented this property . We enjoyed our stay !
5/5 The owners were amazing . The property is beautiful . The owners put a lot of effort into this property . There were many amenities offered. Everything was new and very clean . The owners really put a lot of thought into every detail . Will stay again sometime .
Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting
5/5 We stayed here with another couple. We had a great experience. House was clean & well stocked. 5 decks/balconies/fire pit were great for enjoying some outdoor relaxation.

5/5 this place was amazing-camp like setting with everything you need but a roof over our heads instead of a tent.-we will defiantly come back in the near future. The only down fall was the ants, they need to spray or traps ,but everything else was great!!!

5/5 Beautiful space- very clean and well appointed. We had a large crowd, including some children, but we were comfortably housed. We used all of the amenities- fire ring, ping pong table and outside porch spaces. We found it quiet and totally relaxing.
