November Weekend
5/5 My son, a good friend and myself spent a long weekend at this property. Everything was outstanding from the lake view, comfortable beds to the well outfitted kitchen. All for a very reasonable rate. Could not recommend it more.

Dream Stay for National Buffalo Wing Festival!
5/5 Our team comes up to Buffalo every year for the National Wing Festival in Orchard Park. This was by far the best property we have stayed at yet. Beautiful views of Lake Erie, super clean property and the most kind and attentive host in Tom! We are already looking forward to coming back again next year!!
