CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- The townhome is located in the Pine Hill Townhomes
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Prior to your arrival please send a copy of the primary traveler staying at the property's ID to the guest contact
- The property is accessible via an August Home Smartlock App. Prior to your stay, download the August Home App (It will be a red symbol) and reach out to the guest contact to receive further check-in instructions
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- All house garbage is to be stored inside the closet by the left of the front door. Do not leave any garbage out on the porch. The trash is picked up weekely on Mondays
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- No littering
- No sports equipment inside the house. Any equipment can be stored in storage closet near front entryway
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Must be at least 30 years old to book. This age limit is strictly enforced by town authority
- Please provide all vehicle's make, model, license plate and color information to the guest contact before check-in
- Photo ID will be required before check-in, please submit a copy of all guest ID's before check-in to the guest contact
- Maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced and an additional $200 fine will be charged by the town authority if maximum occupancy is exceeded, including daytime guests
- Maximum occupancy is defined as any guests under the roof at any given time. Please note that infants are counted towards maximum occupancy
- Infants will need to be disclosed to the guest contact before check-in, per local regulations
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Steps are required to access the property
- The seasonal window A/C units are only available from May 21st through September 21st
- Dooling Way is a private road maintained by the HOA with children playing, sometimes in the snow! Please drive slowly and safely to avoid an accident or injury. Excessive speeding or unsafe driving will be reported to the village police
- Garbage and recyclables are to be placed in the designated storage closet to the left of the front door. Garbage is picked up weekly on Monday. Garbage and recyclables should be in separate tied/sealed bags and stored only in the unit’s storage closet. No garbage is to be outside of the closet. Loose garbage in can or untied bags will NOT be picked up
- No laundry, towels, etc. should be placed on deck railings or outside of the unit. The outside of units including decks are not to be used for any outside storage
- Loud noise, late parties, public drunkenness, use of illegal drugs will not be tolerated and will be turned over to the village police immediately
- Your host will be sending you a complete document of all of these House Rules separately for signature prior to arrival

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- The property features external security cameras, around the perimeter, facing outward. They do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras are for the added safety of you, your guests, and our community

PARKING:
- There are 2 designated parking spots, labeled #10, located directly in front of the steps to the unit
- Prior to your arrival, send the number of cars you are bringing and the make/model of each
- Parking cameras are paying attention to the parking spots and your car will be towed if you park outside of the designated spaces
- Strict 2 vehicle maximum. Visitor Spots are for full-time residents only and guests will risk being towed
- Parking of oversized vehicles including box trucks, large vans, RVs, trailers, etc., is not allowed in the community. In addition, the operation or parking of snowmobiles on the property is prohibited
- Should you need additional parking spaces please reach out to your host directly. During May 1st - Oct 31st we can request one extra parking spot on Fir Way Dr with HOA approval
