  My family of 8 adults recently stayed at this property for 4 nights. The positives: the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and is conveniently located. Clean interior, and comfortable beds. Great backyard pool and a decent entertaining space. The primary bedroom and attached bath are very spacious and there is a wonderful closet.

  The negatives: The owners seemed to watch us constantly on their 5 outdoor cameras and texted us immediately when it started raining to tell us we brought a cushion from indoors outside(complete with screenshots. We had not brought indoor cushions outside) but I had to run outside in the pouring rain to check. We understand they are looking out for their property, but their constant watching of us felt very intrusive. The home itself was very clean, but has white carpeting and white family room furniture, which is not conducive to gathering together to eat and visit. They also want shoes removed in the house. The home is very cluttered with unnecessary and fragile decor. We had to clear the fully set table of all its china and stemware just to be able to sit down and eat. The kitchen has everything you could need, but no counter space to prepare food, and the coffee machine is quite complicated. The downstairs has no air conditioning, and it was very hot in the basement making sleeping quite uncomfortable. The king bed in the basement is not private-it is surrounded by curtains. The hot water turned off several times leaving us with cold showers

  - The outdoor cameras are in place for security purposes and to protect the property. The homeowner only monitors them occasionally to ensure everything is in order, especially during unexpected events like weather changes.
  - We apologize if the communication about the cushions felt intrusive. The intent was to prevent any potential damage to the indoor furnishings, but we understand how this could have been misinterpreted.
  - The home’s white carpeting and furniture are carefully maintained to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. We do ask that guests remove their shoes to help preserve the condition of the home.
  - The decor is chosen to create a certain ambiance, but we understand it may not align with everyone’s preferences. We’ll review the arrangement to see if there are ways to make the space more user-friendly for future guests.
  - The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, but we’ll take a look at the counter space and consider adding clearer instructions for the coffee machine.
  - In regard to the AC, upon further inspection, we had noted it had been set to heat as opposed to cool. We wish you had reached out during your stay, we would have been happy to help.
  - When you reached out to make us aware of the hot water issue, we directed you to the hot water switch, it was determined a member of your group had turned it off, but you were easily able to turn it back on resolving the issue.

• Destination Wedding

  We chose this place based on it's proximity to our brother's wedding venue. The pictures really don't grasp how beautiful and well maintained this property is. The backyard had to be our favorite part with the two story patio, bar, fire table and pool. This was where we all got to hang out together every night and it was perfect. It seemed to be a decent neighborhood, only thing I will say is the neighbors were super nosy, the ones across the street had to watch us unpack our cars with great interest, we even called them out on it. We had only one hiccup that is worth mentioning. The light and fan in the in master bedroom are controlled by a remote, there is no switch anywhere for either. Our second night the light would not turn off with the remote. We tried all the various options, changing the batteries, looking for a manual switch but nothing worked. I reached out to the landlord who was extremely prompt to answer, but given the circumstances couldn't do much. I had told her I believed the circuit breaker just need to be flipped to reset the connection. She told me after that this did the trick. My only note, all the tables had the plates and settings staged as you see in the pics. This made us feel like we shouldn't move them but had to in order to use the tables, to eat. Maybe having the plates and such elsewhere would be more ideal? Other than that we had a great stay! This house had space for all of us to spread out and also for us to be together. Would recommend!

• Family wedding

  We were all pleased with our accommodations. Everything was exceptionally clean with new appliances and an amazing outdoor space. We had perfect weather and spent most of our time outside. It was the perfect place for us to stay as it was close to the wedding venue.
