Great place to stay for all ages. Had everything we needed and lots of room to relax. Definitely will stay here again next time we come. Comfy beds, easy to get to, easy check in, everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of books and toys, great outdoor space. Thanks for providing the perfect place to stay with extended family!

The house was the perfect size for our group of 10, and it was very clean. The only things I would suggest are curtains where there are no blinds and maybe one more TV since there was only one in the house for the whole group. Otherwise, it was a great stay! Well stocked kitchen with plenty of different appliances and dishes to use.Thank you!

Property worked very well for us. Pool was great.
(Couple of notes: The stay listed above is slightly incorrect. We arrived on Wed Jun 26 and left on Sun June 30). We requested additional chairs for the pool area from the owner but they were never delivered.

Myself and some friends stayed at this location for a short weekend away. It was in a quiet neighborhood and provided ample space. Would stay again.

Home is on a quiet street, nice lot with fenced in area for children and dogs. There is a pool which we did not use because our stay was in November. The size of the house is great, many spacious rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with most any implement needed to cook while there. Everything was super clean, organized and neat. Lots of towels available, family games, baby and pet items as well. The Evolve contact Mara was super responsive to our concerns and promptly took care of any issues I brought to her attention. The homeowner was needed at the onset due to the keyless entry not functioning correctly, she was very helpful.
With the positives stated above here are a few of what our family considered the downsides:
- This house is in a residential area. With the exception of 2 small strip malls everything is a 20+ drive
- Although there are lots of towels, there are definitely too few bathrooms. With 10 adults sharing 2 upstairs bathrooms it felt like dorm living. The 1 downstairs bathroom was fine for during the day.
-There is 1 tv in the den off of the kitchen. The remote for the tv is rechargeable which should be noted somewhere for guests. It needed to be left on the window ledge for solar charging or plugged into a laptop daily or the tv would not be usable. We are a Thanksgiving football & parade watching family. There is only seating for 6 in that room and again with 10 adults we were unable to hang together in that space.
- The ice maker in the fridge was not working, this too should have been noted so we could grab bags of ice.
- There is not much by way of art, personal touches- makes it feel like a rental property not a home.
- With the exception of the primary, the beds are extremely firm, to the point of being too hard. 2 of our guests chose to sleep on sofas instead.
- Because the dining room and front room (living room with no furniture it except 2 chairs) have many windows but no window treatments or rugs, they’re both very cold rooms when the sun isn’t shining and have significant echos.
- We can not say anything about how the indoor temp would be in warm months, but while we were there it was chilly throughout the house even with the thermostats set to 73. The upstairs playroom and primary bedroom were the only 2 spaces that were comfortable heat wise.
- The home has septic. Not a big deal at all. But don't be thinking Charmin. It's 1 ply all the way. Not ideal for the price we paid per night, but we managed.
