3/5 House was very cute. However, when we arrived, there was no signage or house number and the house was 40 degrees. The hot tub never got above 71 degrees and the sulfur smell from the water was nauseating. The wood stove was a nice addition, though.

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. As this is a remote camp, the house number is displayed on the front of the cabin to make arrival easier. After your stay, the hot water heater was replaced, which resolved the temporary sulfur odor you encountered. The hot tub performs best when the cover is kept on at all times and the system is set to standard mode. These instructions are provided at check-in to help ensure optimal performance, particularly in extreme cold weather. We’re always happy to assist if any questions arise during your stay. 4/5 The cabin was nice, but the photos are a little outdated. The listing said free toiletries but we had to buy soap. Hot tub was very nice. We purchased and left a pan for the kitchen. We enjoyed the fireplace.

5/5 We had an amazing week at this secluded Johnsburg Retreat! All amenities met our expectations and needs! Atmosphere was beyond relaxing!! Hot tub under the stars was so peaceful! Highly recommend for family or couples trips! Had an absolutely amazing stay!
