5/5 Needs updating
3/5 We chose this location as it was close to where we needed to be on Long Island. Be aware however if you aren’t from this area you should know it isn’t close to Central Park as written. The house definitely needs updating throughout. It wasn’t in the best repair however the water was hot and the AC worked beautifully! If you can’t climb stairs be aware that there are no bathrooms on the main floor so it isn’t elderly friendly. The stairs are very steep. While it certainly wasn’t a 5 star property by any means it met our needs. With a little updating and TLC it could be so much more.
