Finger Lake Visit

Great Location!
4/5 We loved staying here. It was within 15 minutes of Watkin's Glen and Corning, which were the two places we wanted to visit. We loved the private wooded feel of the property. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. That being said, the house was a little dated. There is a lot of dark wood, old doors, and a musty downstairs. It had a little more of a cabin feel to it. My family didn't mind that though. It felt more like a home than a ritzy hotel. The last note I'll make is that the water smelled like sulfur in the sinks and shower. Thankfully there was filtered water and ice as part of the refrigerator. Altogether, my kids loved it and we were already talking about coming back.

Peaceful stay near Watkins Glen
5/5 We had a great stay; the house is in a good location for visiting Watkins Glen, downtown Horseheads, and more. Very comfortable, well stocked and plenty of room for 5 adults. Great yard and nice back deck for eating outside. The hosts did a nice job with the little extras like cozy throw blankets for curling up on the couch, and a great assortment of puzzles, games and books. A nice place for families!
