    This house was filthy, black mold in the shower, leftover food that was open in nasty refrigerator freezer. No hot water for a day and a half even though we ask the host multiple times, no Wi-Fi., No toilet paper or toiletries supplied, but left over from other guess gross. Major safety concerns as smoke detectors we’re not plugged in nor we’re batteries available, electric and light in shower right next to each other with no GFI very dangerous.. rugs on floors in all rooms filthy not cleaned in a very long time, window blinds in living room, broken. Cobwebs and bugs in all the interior lights. Interior of property just not cared for as it should’ve been

  • Overall satisfied with rental property

    The house was clean and quaint with many updates. However upon arrival we found a non working refrigerator in the kitchen. The guest contact directed us to use one located in the basement, which did work but was inconvenient. Prior notice of broken refrigerator would have been nice. Overall if appliances were repaired, I would stay again.

    Clean and lovely little home for a perfect long weekend away. Everything was just as the photos and John was so responsive to the few questions we initially had. Would rent again!

  • Lovely, light-filled beach decor. Great location!

    Only major downside: though the bed mattresses are new, they are very firm -- they need a nice 2" topper of some sort. Sadly, this would keep me from renting this property again. If you have old bones, as I do, you wake up very stiff and sore in the morning. They also need potholders and regular drinking glasses (there are a very large assortment of wine glasses, though) and lighter weight bed blankets in both of the rooms. Nice backyard patio - plenty of light - lovely beachy decor - very pretty. Great central location.Overall, very clean (though some tissues were found under one of the beds and under the bedroom bureau).
