Catskill cozy gem
4/5 First time in upstate NY and this house pretty much have everything. It's situated in a very small town about an hour SW of Albany, so restaurants and stores are limited. The property have 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths and a game room in the basement.
Not sure if it's the due to the weather or the furnace/heater running, occasionally you'll hear sudden banging noise somewhere from the house. Also certain spots in the flooring will make noise too.

Great house to rent
5/5 This is the second year we’ve rented the same home. Everything is very clean and new. The location is perfect and dealing with the homeowner is easy. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to rent.

5/5 We didn't use much in the kitchen but we loved the layout and floor plan, it was a very nice house. The floor was very creaky for being a new home. I had questions prior my stay and it was extremely difficult to get someone to answer my questions since it's corporate owned and not a person. It took several days and several tries to find out questions but finally did.
