5/5 My husband & 2 adult children reunited with local & out of town family and Really enjoyed all the wonderful updates in this comfortable home. Lots of extra touches which made us feel at home. We enjoyed the many “hang out”areas… great kitchen & dining, beautiful living room with gas fireplace and several outside areas. Very convenient for walking into Glens Falls. A real Gem!!

Issues
3/5 Overall we enjoyed the property. However the towels in each bathroom were dirty -- they had never been changed from the previous group. Kind of gross. When I raised this issue with the property manager I was told that unless I had pictures of the towels they couldn't verify the issue. Who makes up comments about dirty towels (and who thinks to take pictures of dirty towels)? They said that I had 24 hours to produce the photos. All I wanted to do was to let them know about an issue for the future and thought their response was pretty negative. Also, one other thing is that since this property is managed by a company other than VRBO, VRBO could not help me with questions prior to our arrival and the management company did not communicate with me until after my final payment was made. Both of these issues reflect poor customer service by the management company.

We shared your review with our housekeeping team to make sure any towels that are stained or dingy are not placed in the house for our guests. We have purchased individual makeup removal wipes and specific makeup towels as a result of your review. In addition, we're reminded housekeeping to go back through the house post-cleaning for a quality check. Beautiful House!!
5/5 This house is amazing. The back yard is great with basketball hoop, propane fire pit, deck and lights. The large front porch which was great to sit on at night. A short walk to a beautiful downtown on the City of Glens Falls and short drive to Lake George, puts this house in the perfect location. The interior is beautiful and welcoming. The perfect house for our family as we traveled for a baseball tournament. A very clean property.
