  Coffee maker didn’t work; kitchen supplies were bare, didn’t even have a pot.

  It was a good stay for me and friends. The bad experiences of had with this home was that I couldn’t get in contact with the home owner. Had to call Vrbo to get the pin to enter the house. The whole house had dog hair all over it. Found dry dog poop in the basement where the movie area is. Other than that is was good.

  The home was beautiful to begin with. But There was a few hiccups, air hockey machine didn’t work, there was food left over in the oven, I wanted to make the host aware about railing and basketball court but During my stay the host wasn’t responsive. I also inquired about a late checkout and no response. Other than that the house was great, it was a great house to spend with family during Thanksgiving. I do recommend communicate everything with your host before your stay because she responds before but not during at least my experience. Overall I do recommend because we had an amazing time as a family.

Regarding scheduling, early check-in and late check-out are dependent on cleaning availability and upcoming reservations. In this case, we were unable to accommodate a late check-out due to scheduled cleaning and arriving guests, which we communicated at the time. We also confirmed that the railing you asked about was scheduled to be addressed .We understand how important amenities and overall cleanliness are to a stay. Any concerns regarding items such as the air hockey table or the oven were not brought to our attention during the visit, and we are always happy to address issues promptly when notified.
