• Pictures Don’t match Property 🚩

  This property was dirty and under construction. Several of the pictures aren’t what the property looks like now. The amenities were a large reason we choose to the stay here, there’s no basketball nets anymore it’s soccer frames at the end of a slab. The pool table and air hockey table aren’t the ones pictured, lower quality choices. The chairs in the theater room were not clean. The washing machine where all the towels and bedding are washed was gross. We didn’t even stay the full trip booked. The guest host also never responded. Don’t recommend.

Since the listing photos were taken, several updates have been made to the home, including new stainless-steel appliances, updated flooring, and replacement of the game room equipment. We understand how differences between photos and the current property could be frustrating, and we have since followed up with Evolve to schedule a new photoshoot so the listing more accurately reflects these improvements. We were also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding communication and have shared your feedback with our team for review.   We had a great time, everything was clean and comfortable property was nicely plowed and shoveled.

  Coffee maker didn’t work; kitchen supplies were bare, didn’t even have a pot.

  Everything was perfect beautiful home would recommend 100%

  It was a good stay for me and friends. The bad experiences of had with this home was that I couldn’t get in contact with the home owner. Had to call Vrbo to get the pin to enter the house. The whole house had dog hair all over it. Found dry dog poop in the basement where the movie area is. Other than that is was good.
