5/5 My family was very pleased with the property, and we were very comfortable over the Thanksgiving holiday. Roosevelt was so wonderful to us and made sure we had what we needed. We cooked some side dishes for Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was great to work in. We picked Glen Cove because of its proximity to family. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Roosevelt!

4/5 The apartment was as depicted on the website. There were thoughtful decorations as well as additional supplies to support our stay, i.e. a new bottle of dish detergent, sufficient toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. However, the pots and pans should be replaced as the non-stick surfaces were peeling and damaged which most people recognize as a health hazard. Upon our arrival, we noted a large hairball in the main bedroom which was likely missed by the cleaning crew. There were a few silver fish insects in the second bathroom tub as well. Other than those issues, our stay was quite comfortable. Our family enjoyed our short stay. The neighborhood was nothing special.
