Beautiful cottage in the woods
5/5 We loved our two nights at this perfect, comfortable cottage in the Garrison woods. Communication with Ashley was terrific, very prompt and welcoming. The house was very clean and we had a great view. Thank you for a great stay!

Weekend getaway
5/5 My wife and I rented this property for the weekend given its proximity to Bear Mountain, which we were hiking. The property was exactly like the photo and description. We were very comfortable, and it felt like home. The place was very clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, and pans to cook breakfast in the morning. The owner was kind enough to leave little bags of snacks. We loved the screened-in porch where we were able to rest and have a drink after our long day of hiking. For dinner, we went right down the road to the Bird and Bottle Inn which offered great food and service and has a very cool history to it. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely look to come back again!

Beautiful home in the woods
5/5 Very clean and modern home, surrounded by woods. 15-30 minute drive from amazing hikes, lakes and cultural events. Hosts were very responsive and left nice little touches like snacks and bug spray! Would definitely stay there again.

Stylish Haven of Elegance and Beauty!!
5/5 We came for an event at the Bird & Bottle (just voted best restaurant by Hudson Valley Magazine!) and were so happy to find The Cottage. Located close by down beautiful preserved historic dirt roads surrounded by blooming flowers and past a lake, I felt like I was in the english country side. The Cottage was private, airy, cozy, sparkling clean, and so stylish. Our host Ashley was very helpful in our planning and local recommendations for a hike and dinner out. Check in and out was seamless and we were so grateful for the coffee and snacks that we enjoyed on the screened in porch over looking the Hudson Valley over to West Point and Fahenstock state park! We even cooked dinner one night with the beautiful caraway pots and pans and everything you would need in the newly renovated kitchen. Thank you for entertaining us with some books and board games as well. We will be back and highly recommend a stay here!
