5/5 The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed and more in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. We spent most of our time out and about exploring the area, and the location of this place was perfect for our visit. After a long day, we enjoyed a hot soak in the nice tub and lounging while watching one of many DVDs provided. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

4/5 Easy online booking and remote entry. Had no communication at all with the hosts. We had no problems or reasons to contact Evolve. Property is as described. Very nice well maintained old historic home. On busy road as others have mentioned in reviews so road noise can be loud in evening. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. We love Fly Creek and walking distance to General Store as well as close proximity to Pail Shop Vineyards which is a hidden gem in the region. Love the new restaurant The Buzz and highly recommend!

HOF weekend
5/5 Great location for HOF weekend. Great amenities. Old wood floors and stairs are squeaky but adds to the character of the home. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated to modern standards. We would love to return again if we are in the area

5/5 Quiet, quaint home that was peaceful and relaxing for the family on our trip to Cooperstown. Only 10 minutes from Dreams Park with grocery store, pizza place, and general store all within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend to any families looking for a place on a visit to Cooperstown.

Great spot
5/5 Clean, well taken care of, and HUGE! The location is convenient to Cooperstown and Dreams park, appx 15 min. The area is very nice. The home is huge, plenty of room for families. Well stocked also. We loved it 😊
