Great place/great location
5/5 The apartment is perfect. Fairport is a great canal village. The apartment is within walking distance of all Village restaurants, shops and attractions. We stay here whenever possible during visits to Rochester. Highly recommend.

Charming apartment in Fairport
4/5 Ideal location for our stay over the holidays. Walkable to family and into the village. Cozy bedrooms. Bathrooms a bit cold when it got really cold (teens). Sweet gift bag when we arrived. Some quirks, but I'd definitely stay there again.

Great spot for a Fairport weekend
5/5 My sisters and I were in Fairport for a weekend, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We loved walking around the Village (and over to the Canal for some spectacular gelato!) and then coming back to relax at the apartment. Lovely gathering space in the living room and kitchen--with an AMAZING gift basket waiting for us when we arrived!--and great that we each had our own bedroom. The host is 5-star, with prompt and friendly communications. We also appreciated the plentiful parking. Will definitely stay again when we return to Fairport!
