This AirBnB was perfect for our trip! We went to a Stevie Nicks concert on Valentines Day at the UBS Arena which is only 10 minutes down the road. We also took an Uber into the city one night - only a 45 minute drive! Very quiet neighborhood and the house itself is clean, relaxing and very easy check in and check out. Thank you for our stay! We had a great time. ◡̈
From the owner: "Thank you for sharing your positive experience at our sanctuary. We are an International Inn where renewed hope and needed healing is our primary focus for all of our guests. We look forward to your return in the future."
Besides the fact your backyard boots up to a cemetery..this place was ok.
-Too much clutter no where to really put your stuff because of all the decor
-Shared backyard and driveway.
-Only one car allowed in driveway.
-Bed sinks in a little
Very quick responses from host.
It’s a warm place to stay.
It does the job.
We were only here for 2 days, so it was doable. But having more than one person stay in this tiny spot I would not suggest.
Hi Alyssa, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent stay. We appreciate your feedback and would like to provide some clarification on a few points mentioned in your review.
- Regarding the shared backyard and driveway, each guest is allocated one parking space in the driveway. During your stay, your vehicle occupied the designated parking space. The spacious backyard is exclusively for the use of our guests, and although this is a shared area as indicated on our listing, there were no other guests present during your stay. As for the clutter and storage concerns, we understand the importance of having adequate space for personal items. The studio is equipped with a closet, a table, and a long dresser unit with multiple drawers, offering ample storage options. We aim to create a comfortable and functional space for our guests. Additionally, we do provide an additional topper mattress for added comfort.
- We appreciate your positive remarks about the quick responses from the host, the warmth of the place, and its functionality in meeting your needs during your two-day stay. We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The location was perfect for getting to the airport and Brooklyn. The suite was well stocked with more amenities that we will ever need, water and even some treats. It has an off-street parking which is a huge bonus. The place appears to have been recently updated. It has a beautiful and comfortable design. The host is kind. The pull-out sofa bed isn't for everyone but it served our needs for the short stay.

I had a wonderful stay and experience at Cynthia’s beautifully kept home! It is well kept, clean, and includes all the basic amenities you would need and is just as in the pictures. The yard in the back is the cherry on top. She goes the extra mile and leaves a little welcome bag as well. The neighborhood is really lovely and located next to multiple food markets, grocery, and restaurants. The location is good for being close to Long Island and access to trains to head to the city as well. I would recommend to rent a car to travel about. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at this cozy place!
