The Hamptons are an ideal location for a summer getaway filled with white-sand beaches and a side of flare. It's easy to get lost in a peaceful state as you ride bikes through the wood-lined roads, lounge on the quiet beaches, and bask in the beauty of the flowering landscape surrounding the cottage.
Travel 5 minutes and find yourself on a little sandy beach where you can swim and sunbathe all morning or pick up salads from Round Swamp Farm. Travel to Sagg Main Beach for a picnic on the soft white-sand beach.
Easily stroll down to the marina to fish on the dock then head to Bay Kitchen Bar. This waterfront restaurant is fantastic for eating al fresco and enjoying the sunset over the marina.
Main Street is just 5 miles from the home and offers shops that run the gamut from locally owned to high end and restaurants ranging from casual cafes to fine dining. No matter what you're in the mood for, there is a restaurant to satisfy your taste buds.
End your evening wine tasting at Wölffer Estate Vineyard on a terrace overlooking the rows of vines as the sun sets. If you love the vineyard's rose as much as the locals, make sure you purchase a case before you head back to the cottage to unwind by the fireplace.

5/5 The house has a pretty garden in front & a large outdoor back area to sit. It is on a quiet street with very little traffic. It is near water - a very small bay beach where you can swim if you want but is really part of clam collection facility that is unobtrusive One of the other owners had set up a few chairs and that was nice. The house and area are lovely but the "beach" is not a place to spread a blanket, You can walk and view the lovely sunsets and there is a long winding path near the water for walks & the other homeowners and caretakers are friendly I enjoyed my stay

Charming Cottage
5/5 Our stay in the cottage was wonderful. The house included everything we needed and the grounds were beautiful to sit outside. The location was private but very accessible to the different areas of the Hamptons.
5/5 This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. Other than that, it was close to perfection all the way around. Thank you again.

Charming Cottage
5/5 Charming cottage on the outside on the inside was just so pretty. Everything was so tastefully done and far from boring everywhere you look there was something interesting, art,light fixtures, , you name it..the bathroom is to die for… every piece of furniture, and was comfortable the beds were amazing from dealing with evolve VRBO and Brother Barnes we couldnt have been happier, thanks for having us and hope to be back around the holidays? I do
