    check-in was really easy...when we had trouble with the front door, someone was available digitally and talked to us through the front door (I think it was a ring doorbell?) Also, we have been going to this creek for generations and it was shut down because of private property owners, and we've been mourning it's loss to the public for more than a decade. When we discovered that we had 'rented our creek' it was like a miracle from the universe happened....the family was overjoyed and the adults, the adult kids and the kids all played joyfully!

  • We got our creek back!

    Amazing! It is a magical place! We've grown up at this creek and it was shut down to the public years ago. We didn't know we had rented the house on our creek until we pulled into the driveway and the screaming ensued! We got our creek back! The house was very clean and the outdoor kitchen overlooking the creek was magical....we saw eagles, herons, cranes and even hummingbirds hovered in front of our faces. We painted pictures of our beloved creek and we are going to make a framed gallery of everyone's paintings! The hosts were available within minutes if we had a question, and the house was immaculate!

  • AC didn’t work in any room in hot weather, black ants in living room, no replies to queries

    It was overall fine experience but we had a lot of trouble sleeping with AC not working entirely night in hot weather of the year. In addition there were few black ants which I came to know when it bit me. Plus I had couple of queries which I tried to call assigned evolve representative but call was never picked up then I sent email got no replies.

    - We’ve put extensive renovations into this property and were excited to welcome our very first guests. Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience for every stay, and we genuinely care about guest comfort. We encourage open communication during visits so we can address any concerns promptly.
    - We confirmed that the central system and individual A/C split units in each room were working before your arrival. The Welcome Book, which you acknowledged receiving, includes detailed instructions on how to operate the units. We’re sorry if there was any confusion with the controls.
    - We did not receive any calls, emails, or messages from you during your stay regarding any concerns, and our local cleaning partner confirmed the same. The homeowners always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so they can help resolve any issues in real time.
    - The home receives monthly pest control treatments. Because the property is located in a wooded area, ants may occasionally appear, but we’re working with our pest control provider to ensure everything continues to be properly managed.
