This property was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. The hosts thought of everything that a guest could possibly need including extra blankets and a basket of warm wool socks, perfect for curling up on the couch to enjoy the amazing views or a good book.It was immaculately clean, we would book this property again for sure!

Three couples and a young adult child found this the perfect location to unwind and relax. Majestic deer watched us unload our cars. The absence of light pollution allowed us to enjoy a meteor shower. The large kitchen enabled us to cook and savor food and time with family. We played tabletop games and enjoyed time in around Ithaca -- split between bike riding, perusing Commons and visiting the IC campus for Family Weekend. The house has a homey feel, with a mountain lodge aesthetic. We noticed lots of cool pieces of art throughout the house -- notably the adorable statue of a bear reading a book. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries. The host, Felicia, was kind and communicative.
This property is spacious and charming. In addition to the mountain lodge aesthetic, there are cool pieces of art sprinkled through the house. It is very homey. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to relax and unwind. We enjoyed birdwatching, family meals, tabletop games and observing a gorgeous night sky.
Clean house in a quiet area. The common areas on the main floor (kitchen, dining and living rooms) were great spaces to hang out in. Basement is a bit damp, basement-smelling but after airing out, was a little better. Lot of kitchen appliances available including drip coffee machine, waffle maker, immersion blender, lots of pots and pans. Grill was working. The deck and backyard are very nice. Owners were very responsive to our questions ahead of our visit.
