5/5 Property was perfect! We traveled for a family weekend for football at Colgate and loved the house! Sunrise and sunset did not disappoint!! Kim was an amazing communicator! Highly recommend!

Deruyter home on lake
5/5 We needed a place to stay for few days while we were in town. This cute little house was perfect. The hosts were awesome and communication was great we actually checked out a little late with no issues and couldn’t have been happier !! Definitely would stay again in the future

Lake side fun
4/5 Overall this property was good. Check in and out was easy and communication with the property manager was great. One big downside was the amount of webs and spiders inside the residence and dead gnats on the countertops that had been accumulating over time. Some of the areas the webs are are extremely high. Not a huge deal, we cleaned what we could reach and still had a blast. We took our 21' pontoon boat and used the dock. The dock was serviceable for our needs but def could use some attention. Lake views were gorgeous. All in all we would stay here again!
