CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The main entrance for this unit is off the back deck facing the detached garage. Simply follow the walkway from the driveway up to the deck stairs to the door with the keypad deadbolt
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Be sure to definitively push each button so you see it light up and hear a beep for each number. Once entered, the deadbolt will be activated so spin the deadbolt handle to unlock the door. If it times out, the handle will just spin unless the code is re-entered
- Once inside, enjoy some complimentary bathroom toiletries and a few K Cups of coffee. Also enjoy the guest profile on Netflix, Prime Video, Starz, and Disney+. These are all accessed through the Roku remote on both TVs
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the apartment by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Please utilize the black garbage can for trash and the grey garbage can for recyclables
- Please leave any dirty dishes rinsed out and in the sink, do not use the dishwasher please
- Please strip all used bedding
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile on the floor
- Please return the Thermostat to 68 degrees. In winter months please remember this is an old historic house with radiant heat that takes a while to heat up. In the summer please turn off all window AC units
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the apartment is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
