- Google Maps may send you to the wrong address. The best bet is to search ‘Yorkshire Motel.’ The driveway is directly across the street from the motel

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 8080
- Spin the numbers so that the code 8080 is in middle of the window. The middle of each number needs to line up with the lines on the left and right
- Push down the lever that is left of the number. At the same time, use your other hand to open the lock box. Grasp it at the bottom of the number window and pull out. There is an arrow pointing to where you should grasp it. These two actions must happen at the same time in order to open the box
- The entrance to the apartment is behind the garage
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please leave garbage in the garbage cans inside the garage
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs to access
- There is an additional bookable vacation rental on-site in the completely separate next-door unit; other travelers may be present during your stay
- When using the shower, make sure that the shower head is pointed to the floor of the shower and not at the shower door. If it is pointed to the door, there’s the possibility of water leaking

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- Please park along the left hand side of the driveway, near the large rocks. Please do not block the garage
