  Do NOT stay here! This property is unsafe! We fell through the deck! The front railing is not secured and my 90 year old father almost fell using it. It is advertised as a 4 bedroom and 2 full bath house with a deck. 2 rooms are not bed rooms, as they don't have closets. They are rooms with beds. It is advertised to accommodate 8 adults, but there is only seating for 4 at the dining table. Couch is ripped in the livingroom. The bathrooms aare disgustingly dirty. Dead mice in the backyard. Some of my family chose not to stay and got hotel rooms instead. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

  Easy check in except Evolve gave us incorrect code. Use code in email. Great location. If you are looking for basic housing that is generally clean then this is adequate. Quiet street. Large fenced yard. Things to consider: there are no laundry facilities available; matresses are hard; there is a noticeable temperature difference between downstairs ( cold) and upstairs(warmer). We did have to buy a few things that weren’t provided ( dishwasher pods, tall garbage bags); house does need updating; some of the outlets did not work

  We appreciate your feedback and the need for some supplies , washing pods and exta garbagebags usually beneath the kitchen sink.We take these comments seriously and will look into improving & updating the house where possible. Thank you for bringing the outlets issue to our attention regarding the electrical outlets. Occasionally, outlets may temporarily lose power if a circuit breaker trips as well we will get it inspected and checked thoughly.

  Our stay was comfortable for the most part. The air upstairs needs to work better as it was too warm. Downstairs on the main floor it was great to even too cold. Overall the house was pretty good. We would consider staying again. Thanks.

• Very Disappointing

  Overall, disappointing vacation rental. This property is outdated and poorly maintained. The sofa was torn and patched with black tape. The beds appear to be new but are extremely firm with plastic mattress protectors and the pillows are low quality.Some of the white towels were stained. There is no access to washer and dryer so we had to request additional hand towels and wash cloths during out stay.The house can sleep up to 9 people however, the pots and pans are not sufficient to cook for that many people. The stove is right next to a wall so it is difficult to use all 4 burners at the same time.The storm door would not lock and we had a major plumbing problem during our stay.Sadly, the nicest things on the property were the Nest thermostat, the refrigerator, and the coffee maker. I would say everything else is substandard. I would not recommend this property.

  - The stove is fully functional, and while it’s next to a wall, past guests haven’t experienced issues using all four burners.
  - The property doesn’t offer guest access to laundry, but extra towels and washcloths were delivered within an hour of your request, with the delivery fee covered by us.
  - A plumbing issue was reported during your stay. Although the technician couldn’t access the home at first, the issue was later resolved, and there are two full bathrooms available for use.
  - The storm door is designed to stay open and was checked before your arrival. The main front door locks securely.
  - While the kitchen is stocked with ample cookware and dining sets for typical vacation use, we will consider inventory adjustments based on your feedback.
  
  We appreciate your detailed comments and are confident future guests will continue to enjoy the comfort and convenience this home offers.
