Fine, not great
3/5 The property was a great size for our group of 11 adults + 3 toddlers. There were some child-proofing measures in place, but overall we wouldn’t call the place “child-friendly.”
The property had not been cleaned before our arrival so we had to pick up trash, dirty dishes, and broken glass at both buildings. Incredibly disappointing condition to find the place in, especially having three young children running around.
There were a lot of broken and unsatisfactory elements, which I will lay out in detail to the owners.

This cramped hotel
5/5 Spacious bedrooms, lots of space downstairs for entertainment, yet comfy/cozy to watch playoff basketball. Ping pong and pool tables kept my family busy for our stay.
