4/5 Nice house, beautiful scenery, peaceful location right on the river, surprisingly excellent Italian restaurant (Peppino's) in town. Keep an eye out for deer, especially at dusk... you'll pass 4-5 groups of 3-5 deer on the road to/from the house.

A great place!
5/5 The house is lovely, large, and the porch has a great view of the river.
There's also a nice grassy area down at the river where you can sit and watch life flow past.
The kitchen is well-equipped--a big plus for us.
5/5 The perfect getaway when you want to spend time on the river. The place was cozy with a good amount of room for a small group. Being able to walk right down to the river anytime was great. Our daughter just wanted to play there all day. Less than a 10 minute drive into Calicoon for everything you need and so many restaurants. Hope to come back soon!

5/5 Quaint space that is large and lovely.
5/5 The space was large and comfy, the bed was nice and soft. The view of the Delaware River was amazing. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves to the fullest! The host was extremely responsive with a small issue the first day. Would love to stay again!
