Lovely Brooklyn Apartment
5/5 Clean & pleasant, exactly as pictured. Close to subway stop, but must transfer to get over to Manhattan. Minor inconvenience if one is used to navigating public transit.

Great experience
5/5 Everything about this apartment is the best we’ve experienced in our many trips to NYC... beautiful interior as pictured, larger than I anticipated with plenty of room for us to live in and 8 around the table for Thanksgiving, clean and well equipped; loads of good restaurants and grocery markets in a neighborhood walkable to the Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park the Botanical Gardens, public transportation nearby. Landlord terrific. I can’t say enough about our very positive stay..

Nice Apartment in an interesting area
4/5 Next subway station nearby. A quiet place for a city like New York. Good vegetarian restaurants in the neighborhood and we loved the Bagel Pub in the Franklin Avenue. Nearby: the Brooklyn Museum and the Prospect Park.

Ideal for Your NYC Holiday!
5/5 We truly enjoyed our 9-day stay at this lovely Brooklyn apartment, and we look forward to staying there again. Great location. Nice neighborhood. A real gem tucked away in a quiet tree-lined street of “classic Brooklyn� brownstones, with easy access to the NYC subway system. It's midway between 2 stations that are connected by local shuttle rail. About a 20-minute ride to lower Manhattan.The unit is newly renovated; modern and attractive; hardwood floors throughout. For us, nicely set up and comfortable for having family from the West Coast explore NYC with us, but also great for couples and small group of friends. Good-sized main living/dining/kitchen area; well set up for cooking/eating meals at home. Gas stove; big frig. Window AC unit in the main living area; great cross-breeze between front and back.Spacious tiled bathroom with full-size stacked w/d; plenty of towels for 6. Loved the skylight. Comfortable queen beds; soft, cotton linens.There's a very good full-service grocery store a couple blocks away, with convenience stores and a wide selection of restaurants closer by. It's a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and the botanic gardens; in the other direction, Brooklyn Children's Museum. Internet was easy to access and fast; the area had a couple brief outages while we were there but no big deal. The unit is on the top floor of a lovely brownstone, so it's very quiet and private; only accessible by stairs.We enjoyed meeting our hosts. They provided very helpful information (about both the unit and the neighborhood) before we arrived, and they responded immediately to texts we sent them while there. We highly recommend staying here for your NYC holiday!

Quick holiday trip.
5/5 Stayed at this lovely spot for three days this week. Neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. Very close to the subway! The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
