Perfect host and location
5/5 This is a great house in a perfect location. Great views of the water and multiple kayaks for getting out there. But it was the little touches, everything you need for s’mores and a bag of logs for the fire was super cool. Perfect lakefront getaway.

Beautiful setting
4/5 The setting is beautiful, we had a very relaxing week. A couple suggestions for future guests, the windows on the back porch that views the lake should be clean. That view is what I would go back for. Dirty windows definitely take away from that. I ended up washing them, what a difference.The sofa bed downstairs needs to be repaired or replaced. The bottom of the mattress springs were broken. Outside there were outdoor chairs covered with spider webs and leaves, a quick sweep would take care of that. The grill outside burners don’t work that great. Would look nicer outside if the old dock had been removed. Positives, had all the kitchen accessories & cleaning things we needed, towels & linens plenty.Great time with the kayaks, paddle boards & row boat.

5/5 This was our first visit to New York and this was a great place to stay! Very clean and plenty of room. Excellent view of the lake and very nice location. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!
