• Fabulous home for family gathering

  This house is a gem! This is the second time we have rented this house for a family holiday get-together. The house if fabulous. It has a terrific layout with 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 of which have an en suite bathroom, and a separate half bathroom for the 4th bedroom. The kitchen is terrific and well equipped, and the dining area and living room are fantastic for a large group. There is also a great basement with pool table, foosball, and additional sofa bed. The house is immaculate and located in a beautiful upscale community with gorgeous views of the Hudson River. But the best thing about this house is the host. He is very assessable and attentive, and went out of his way to make our family vacation a joy.

  This house is amazing. It actually has 4 bedrooms upstairs (counting the study which has a nice pull-out sofa-bed), and 4 bathrooms upstairs (3 of them en suite). There is also a nice bedroom in the basement with half bathroom down there, even though we didn't use it. Everything is clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms are large, the living area beautiful, and the kitchen and dining area are huge and very well set up. We had a large family dinner and fit everyone very comfortably. And gorgeous views of the Hudson from the upstairs rooms. The property manager was very accessible and very responsive. We had a great 4-day stay!

  A really beautiful house. Super close to Rockefeller Preserve. Just a lovely spot. Totally recommend wholeheartedly to anybody.

• Thanksgiving Blessing

  We were able to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with my son and his wife in New York. My family came with me for their first visit to New York. The house was comfortable and spacious. It allowed all of us to play, read, relax and be together as a family.

• Great Weekend

  We went up for the parade in sleepy hollow. There was a ton to do in area this weekend and the house was great location on a quiet cul de sac. The house had a bunch of toys and sports balls in garage, our kids had a blast. The view of the river was also incredible, the bedrooms were all very large and 3 out of the 4 had bathrooms. The basement was a great hangout as well.
