We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. Each of the vacation homes in this community does have its own grill, table, and chairs. This home is also an end-unit with a private entrance as well as a private picnic table.

Winter getaway
5/5 Great location, clean unit. There was no cable tv, but they did have Netflix, so that was good on a rainy evening. WiFi was great. Kitchen is mostly equipped, but lacking a few things - ie, frying pan, only 3 plates, potholders. We made do fine nonetheless. There were families in the other units while we were visiting and it was still relatively quiet. I imagine that during the summer this is a much busier scene as it is right next door to The Algonquin Restaurant and Chic's Marina. But that may be the price to pay to be on the water. Definitely worth a visit!
