Binghamton stay
4/5 It was well situated for the activites we had planned. They said they would be fixing windows & AC this summer which

Nice place
4/5 No AC that was weird but really didn’t need it fans in every room but not on living room,kitchen or dining room. House have a back yard but you can not access door is locked with wire. Tub is broken but they put a cover on it I thought it was not acceptable according to VRBO standards but in general was a good place for the value

From the owner: "Hi Walter, thank you for your comments. The living room closet has a large fan, but we're sorry if you missed it. Our listing did state that A/C isn't provided, but we've recently installed A/C for the benefit of our guests. We also mention that the backyard isn't accessible. The bathtub isn't broken; we just added an anti-slip mat as guest safety is our top priority. Guests are welcome to remove it if they'd like. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience."
5/5 the only complait about this property, is there was only two bath towels. also there was only four forks
