  • Excellent, spacious farmhouse

    Our party of 8 (ages 12 - 50 yrs) had a great time here. There is a lot of space for everyone to spread out and gather together. We had fun taking photos with the barn in the background and walking around the property. The property was rather large and it was pretty quiet, with the occasional vehicle passing by. Everyone had a great time.

    Only key thing missing would be a large pasta pot, but we travel with an instant pot - so no trouble for us.

    One of our kids was moving in to Cornell, so this was a lot more convenient then paying for several hotel rooms with limited amenities and space.

    We also made out way over to the King Nature Preserve for a short hike (about 3 min by car).

    Would definitely stay here again.

  • Classic Farm House

    This home was exactly as pictured. No surprises, no disappointments. The downstairs was completely restored in a rustic style which matched the area perfectly. The house reminded me of the main house of my great grand parents diary farm in Dutchess County NY. We really enjoyed the front porch. Very nostalgic.

  • Excellent, quiet place, with lots of room

    We (party of 8) had a great stay here. It was fun walking around the property and we got some nice photos of the family with barns in the background. We also explored the recommended King Nature Preserve, which was super close. Overall there were almost no mosquitos (I'm an entomologist, so I was looking for them too!) and it was a nice quiet place to relax. The kids all had no problem accessing their games from the wifi, which was both strong and reliable, while us parents relaxed from the nature hike.

    We also appreciated the chocolate treats, which the kids quickly found upon arrival.
