  This was a charming place right in the heart of Bemus point. We had everything we needed for a little getaway. The owner takes great pride in presenting a welcoming environment. It was very appreciated!

  My stay was super comfortable!

  The appartment is warming, lovely, cozy - all together.

  The host is very friendly and supportive, whatever you need, you just need to ask and Ken will help out.

  Overall, the best Host/Appartment experience so far.

  I can highly recommend the appartment and would prefere it to any hotel in the area.

  Totally relaxing Labor Dat weekend getaway! Location was in the heart of Bemus Point, Bikes available allowed us to explore the area and enjoy the lakes beauty. Highly recommended property

  The location of this building is amazing. You can walk to all the hot spots in Bemus within minutes. As for the studio, the amount of space worked well for my family of 4 with two little ones. I do wish I would have known it was the basement of the house. Basements can be musty and hard to dry the floors were constantly sticky and dirty we did our best to combat that with the air conditioner to get air movement. If you are planning to use the futon couch as a bed I suggest you bring an air mattress to lay on instead there's a big bar in the middle that is quite uncomfortable. Communication and texts from the owner were great. When I asked about the protocol for the shared laundry he responded quickly.It worked for us, but for our yearly Bemus trip we will find another place that is not a basement.

  - The studio is on the ground floor of the home, not to be confused with the basement. We're sorry if this caught you off-guard.
  - There is a dehumidifier in the home to help with the musty air and stickiness that can occur from humidity.
  - We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a video walk-through of the home before arrivals and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
  - Hopefully you enjoyed your stay despite any issues.
