Wonderful Getaway Place
5/5 The studio and its location were perfect. The attention to detail was impressive, and the owner was kind and super helpful. Bemus Point is a quiet place in the off-season, and that suited us well. My wife and I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Our respite from FL summer
3/5 Believe the property is better suited for a weekend stay than a longer stay. It is perfectly located in Bemus Pt, within walking distance of the community. However, it sometimes presents parking challenges and we found the internet connection to be slow and unreliable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small and conversations in adjacent apartments were quite noticeable due to thin walls and common HVAC returns. The front porch was great to people watch and the front flower garden was beautiful and well kept. Our late summer/fall weather was very enjoyable!
