Excellent Choice for Vacation
5/5 Patty is extremely accommodating. She allowed me have an early check-in and showed up to show me around the house. It is extremely clean and beautifully appointed in a very casual manner. She has lovely and thoughtful flourishes in the house, such as a huge welcome basket filled with goodies, vibrating leather chairs, and nice dinnerware. It is very easy to access her, if you have questions about the area or the house. Filled with wildlife that we saw often: deer, rabbits, songbirds and horses right across the street. No bears, thankfully! I highly recommend this property. Convenient for boating, hiking and paddle boarding.

Independence Celebration with a wedding too
5/5 Large family wedding in Bemus Point over the July 4th weekend. Local family didn’t have enough space so this VRBO choice was perfect! Close enough to everything!!! Communication with host was great!
