  Lack of Amenities: no broom, no swiffer, no snow shovel no snow brush, no snow salt. No access to laundry room. False ad stated whole house w/washer and dryer turns out it was an upstairs 2nd floor apartment with permanent tenants living downstairs that lied and complained on the very first night stating us adults were awake at 3am making noise when in fact we were so tired from all the holidays to do’s and travels that once we picked up the last traveler from the airport at midnight we were all showered exhausted all sleeping-house quiet by 12:30am Let’s not to forget to mention the only child in that home is a six-year-old that goes to bed by nature daily by 8 PM!! Sharp!! we got snowed in pretty badly and had no amenities whatsoever to clean up to get out safely one adult in crutches fresh post op from surgery we were all very concerned had to cancel our paid planned events-reached out to the host whom promised that night that in the morning, a snow company would come to clean up the property and salt down for safety when I reached out the following morning to the host she seem bothered attitude told us to deal with customer service. Thankfully, we got a very helpful representative-promptly reached out to the host and by late that afternoon we had a snow removal crew come and clean up the property as it was indeed her duty as the owner.

  - The property is accurately described in the listing as an upstairs unit, with guests occasionally staying in the downstairs unit.
  - A shovel, broom, and salt are kept in the garage for guest use, and a vacuum is located inside the closet of the unit.
  - Snow accumulation during your stay was light, but due to a regional delay with our usual crew, snow removal took place later that afternoon.
  - A reminder was sent about quiet hours after a report from the downstairs guests, who checked out that day without issue and left a 5-star review. We communicated only by text and never spoke by phone. At no point were we rude in our messages.
  - A 30 percent refund was offered as a courtesy, even though we felt the situation was handled reasonably.
  We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.

  I grew up in the area so it was a great location to stay for a visit my family who still there. Property was clean, quick jump to the parkways. Overall great stay.
